OYO 8741 Shree Jagannath Palace

I stayed with my partner in July 2. I love bbsr and have bn 5 times, but this hotel was a total letdown. I ignored the bad reviews, thinking people were bn picky, and that was a big mistake. Staff cnt help.you let understand you because no one speaks english. The food is disgusting, and the hospitality at reception is the worst, with impolite staff who don't speak English. It makes you feel terrible. The worst hotel ever, don't waste your money on this horrible hotel. There was only one key at reception, so you had to coordinate with your roommate. The room was can play volleyball there. There are Where to start!!!??? This is a hotel with 0 or -ve stars! And that's a lot! The staff is horrible, unkind and unpolite. Especially a guy who worked at the pool bar, he looks at you unfrendly when you want to take a drink you paid! Restaurant terrible! Table cloth speckled and torn, dirty silverware, serving drinks in plastic cups. Food awful, too! Every day chicken in different ways! Room service awful, too! I am very disappointed and this was my worst holiday. I highly recommend that you do not go this hotel. The restaurant was just the dirties place, food horrible we never sow see food. All soft drinks were horrible, and even the water was probably coming from the tap. They had open windows every wear instead of air condition, even when it is 34 degrees Celsius and the humidity at the highest level. The claim to protect the environment by washing the towels just once in three days. I was there from 12 august to 18 august 2012, and they never changed the sheets. We also claimed to out travel agent and he just played the doom like he didn't know what kind of .... hotel that was, because latter on we listen complains from others too. I am from Albania and i have a lot more bed things to tell about this hotel but it's just not worth it. Find something else..!!!!
