Capital O 38021 Hotel Corporate Inn

The room had a nice feel, with plants inside and a few cute little paintings. Staff were friendly, supportive, and listened carefully to what I needed. Nearby restaurants aren't too expensive and serve good portions. My favorites were Malva, 99North, and Dhaka Biryani. I wouldn't order food at the hotel, though, since they even charge Rs 20 for cutlery. Also, if you're staying as a couple, the bed may be a problem: it's made of two separate single mattresses that slide apart when you lie down.

I booked through OYO for Rs 550, but the receptionist asked me to pay almost twice that amount. In the end, he refused to give me a room and told me to contact OYO customer care about a refund. The hotel's authorities had no right to treat me this way. This was really unfortunate, and based on my experience, I'd tell people not to stay here. I also want OYO to remove the hotel from its panel.

The staff were polite, and when problems came up they dealt with them in good time. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had excellent amenities, plus the Wi-Fi was fast and the price was great. P.S. If you love dogs, this place will amaze you.

The one thing going for this hotel is its location near the main road. Our room was dirty, there was hair in the bathroom, and we even found a condom in the room. That says a lot about the state of their room upkeep. We booked with complimentary breakfast, but it wasn't provided, and the service was pathetic. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, regardless of the reviews.
