I booked three days ahead and arrived around 4:30 for check-in, but the owner said there was no room available and I had to wait two hours. He was very rude. The pictures on the website are fake too. I'd give it zero and suggest you don't book this property by mistake. Thanks to @goibibo for finding me another hotel nearby.

Service was great, and the hotel is very close to the Golden Temple, just a five-minute walk. The partition museum and Jaliawalah Bagh are nearby too. A must-visit place.

After I complained, they moved us to another room that was somewhat cleaner. The first room was in very poor shape: the room had barely been cleaned, and the bedspread, sheets, pillowcases, and restroom were dirty. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We had a lot of problems during our stay, and this was a very bad place to stay. I'd warn anyone booking a room online through OYO that customers are being cheated by bookis.

The online photos make the place look great, but the facilities were awful. There was no bath soap or toothpaste, the LCD didn't work, and the AC made noise when we switched it on. A really disappointing stay.
