I had a good stay. The staff were very courteous, and the washrooms were clean. The rooms are decent for someone travelling solo. They have an in-house kitchen, though the menu is limited. The food tasted good, but I found it a bit pricey since I’m from another state.

The new rooms and setup at The Verve Hotel made for a comfortable stay, with modern design and amenities. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the location was convenient. I was really impressed and had a fantastic experience. I’d gladly come back and would recommend The Verve Hotel to others looking for a good place to stay.

The hotel is in the middle of the city, so it felt very safe. The location is superb, and the staff are polite, responsive, and attentive to even the small things. The food is delicious every time and cooked really well. Rooms are very clean and have everything needed for comfort.

The bedsheets and pillows were clean, and the hotel has basics like a TV and AC. Most rooms have no windows, and the geyser wasn’t working. There’s no kitchen service, so lunch and dinner have to be ordered online. The bathroom interior and rooms need a lot of improvement for this to feel like a hotel in its category. Right now, it feels more like a PG.

There’s plenty of parking, and the hotel looks like its photos, at least as of May 2024. It’s close to the main road, though set back a little, which could be a plus or a drawback. The power kept cutting out every 30-40 minutes. The kitchen wasn’t working, but you can order through Zomato/swiggy or bring your own food.
