OYO Flagship 11946 Greenland Inn

We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem is the location, but the good room service, breakfast, and everything else more than made up for it. There's no lunch or dinner service, so you'll need a food delivery agent or one of the couple of good nearby restaurants, like Zaika Palace. One night the air conditioner broke, but they called an electrician and had it fixed within a couple of hours, even though it was nighttime. The hotel itself is really nice.

I came with a patient and they misled me about both the room type and the rent. Food was very expensive, and its quality wasn't up to the mark. Room service was the poorest, the room wasn't clean, and management wouldn't listen. I had booked 7 days but had to change rooms within 3 days. OYO has gone downhill too, and nobody there listened. This hotel cheated me. Never choose it.

The AC didn't work, and after I asked many times, the manager still refused to move me to another room. The staff weren't cooperative either, and the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I decided to leave and find somewhere else, he insulted me and questioned my character. It didn't feel safe for girls. I hope people reading this decide not to stay. It's not worth the cost. Please put safety first.

We paid through OYO, but when I went to check in, the hotel told me its tie-up with OYO had ended and demanded extra charges. They refused when we asked for a refund. The hotel staff caused us a lot of hassle and problems, and we had to find another hotel in the end. Very bad experience, sorry to say.
