Don't waste your time or money on A Town Holi Fest. The event was badly organized, poorly run, and massively overhyped. There are plenty of better ways to celebrate Holi. The membership tiers were meaningless. Gold and Silver came with the same crowd and facilities, so Gold just cost more for no difference. Water was also hard to find for people trying to play Holi, which was absurd at a festival. The advertised Rain Dance was only a couple of weak spouts spraying at random, more like a leaking pipe. The management had no coordination or plan. Staff seemed confused, and lines, facilities, and announcements were handled carelessly. The DJ kept switching tracks without any sense of the music or crowd. Male singer Prince sounded loud, cracked, and off-beat, like a broken microphone; people were covering their ears instead of enjoying Holi.

It's neat and clean, with good staff. There's a nice swimming pool and cafe, and it's a good place for events.

The rooms are spacious, but upkeep is poor. The bed creaked with every movement, which was scary at night, and the towels were old and dirty. There were no slippers, moisturizer, or lift. It felt more like a slightly updated Dharamshala. Breakfast was very poor, with few options. Food seemed to be made in bulk and put out without concern for freshness or serving it hot. Much of it was half-cooked, and the taste was poor. Staff didn't pay attention to guests, and tea and coffee came in the kind of paper cups used at tea stalls. I stayed five nights and wouldn't recommend it.

Even one star feels undeserved. We had water problems during our stay, and in the summer the AC dripped all night. Staff didn't even bother explaining why. It was a very poor experience, and I won't recommend it.
