OYO Flagship 24789 Sidharth Residency

The hotel isn't centrally located, but getting around from there was convenient. I found it affordable, with spacious, clean rooms and helpful, polite staff. Service is available 27×7, and room service was excellent. The food was delicious and inexpensive. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a nice hotel on a budget.

I stayed here about ten months ago and the service was excellent. This time, though, the hotel seems to have lost the standards it had then, perhaps since the Covid pandemic. My second-floor room had linens that weren't changed on time unless I asked, and housekeeping was irregular. I hope management looks into it.

I had a pleasant stay at a reasonable price. The location is nice, outside the city, and the room was clean with a king-size bed. The food was good too. There's a help desk and room service available 24 hours.

We stopped here for one night on our Kerala-Kolkata drive, and it was easy to reach from the nearby highway at the BBSR city edge. It avoids the city traffic and pollution, while still being in a prime location. The buildings are clean and well planned, with a large, enclosed parking area. Our room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. Reception and the other staff were polite, easy to talk to, and quick to help. Having an in-house restaurant was a real help, so we didn't need to search outside for hygienic, good-quality food. Thanks to Sidharth residency and oyo for making the overnight stop comfortable. We'd love to come back.
