The receptionist was rude and asked for extra money for each room we booked, saying the OYO app discount didn't apply. The rooms are in very poor condition: the bed is rigid and hard, as if it has no mattress, the bathroom is bad, and the ventilation window glass is broken. They badly need paintwork. This hotel doesn't deserve even 2 stars, and OYO should remove it from the app.

I travelled from another city after booking through the Oyo helpdesk and paying online. They'd told me the room would cost 785, but at check-in the receptionist demanded another 500. They didn't have a proper room ready either, and asked me to use the servants' or drivers' rest room until one became available. It felt like a fraud and a scam, so I cancelled the booking. Worst experience.

The room had no attached toilet, was dirty, smelled foul, and had stained sheets. I even found condom wrappers under the table. Paying 1k for that standard is far too much. This was a pathetic experience, especially since it was my second hotel that day after I cancelled the first over extra charges at reception. I'd booked this one through Oyo for 490/-, but at check-in they charged an extra 610/- and didn't give me a bill for it. Oyo's help desk had given me false price details. I'll never use Oyo again, and would tell others to avoid the app if they don't want to feel cheated.

At checkout they asked me to book directly by calling the hotel, saying Oyo doesn't show the right room prices. I had booked through Oyo, and the owner asked for more money at check-in. Oyo support didn't give me a proper solution. After a long discussion, they put me in the worst room I've ever stayed in, even though the other rooms weren't in good condition either. They said that was all I could get for that amount. The hotel taking advantage of guests who have few last-minute alternatives is especially troubling for families travelling. Think carefully before booking through Oyo these days.
