The manager behaved disgustingly and kept asking for more money. If he’s unhappy with Oyo’s pricing, he should quit, instead of making customers suffer. I was scheduled to board on 16-04-2024 at 12:00, but I reached at 6:cancelled.

I booked through Oyo at 2am while traveling from Bangalore to Kolkata, just needing a place to sleep before carrying on with the trip. When I arrived, the owner said there were no rooms and that Oyo taking the booking wasn’t his problem. I was left stranded in the middle of the night. Definitely avoid this place.

The TVs don’t work and seem to be there just for show. Rooms are okay, but not a good fit for families, since loud bachelor parties caused a lot of disturbance at night.

The cleanliness was good overall, though some rooms don’t have a geyser. Well, I guess you can’t expect much from hotels in Bhubaneswar.

WORST. After reaching SARLA RESIDENCY, they simply refused entry and denied the booking. OYO had confirmed it three times, changing an earlier confirmed booking too. This feels like a total fraud setup that victimizes customers.
