The hotel is very nice, but the service could be better. You have to push the cleaning staff to get things done.

Hari, the stay person, treated us really well, and it’s a very nice place to stay. I recommend it.

I was here for a marriage function, not as a hotel guest. The grand hall was excellent, and the open courtyard was well maintained. Catering was excellent too, with good quality food. Definitely one of the best function venues in town.

I booked through goibibo, but they didn’t seem to coordinate properly with the hotel. When I arrived, the hotel staff said they were overbooked, while the goibibo team said it was bad. A very bad experience.

I paid 2000/- and had the worst experience. The rooms weren’t properly cleaned, and they gave us dirty bedsheets and pillows. There’s no dining system or room service, and there seemed to be no priority for customers. The bathroom geysers weren’t working. When we called reception about that at 10:15 pm, they gave us useless answers. I also called for a water bottle and was told to come down to the ground floor to get it. I wouldn’t recommend going there.
