We'd paid in full, but the manager still pushed us to leave in the evening when we wanted to check out at 10 pm, so he could give the room to someone else. His manner with customers was terrible, and on arrival he charged us nearly twice as much. Don't go here.

The room itself was good, so that's the only reason for the one star. Our advance booking didn't get us a room, and we had to pay another 1500 to move to a different one. The bathroom water heater didn't work, and the only Wi-Fi they had wasn't working either. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The approach is awful, with uneven roads and water-filled potholes. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and wouldn't listen when we raised problems. The AC wasn't working when we checked in. They said to wait, while the taps barely had any water. We asked to change rooms, but got excuses for four hours before they finally moved us. The replacement room was filthy too: dirty floor and toilet, food stuck in the washbasin, and no dustbin. When we complained again, they said they'd clean it the next morning. There were three of us, but they wouldn't provide an extra mattress unless we paid more.

We came in late at night on a road trip and had already paid Oyo for two rooms, but this stay was a mess. When I called to order dinner, they wanted payment before making it. I said we'd pay when the food arrived, and they refused to serve us. At the hotel, one bed had no mattress. The manager rudely said, "600 rupaye mein yahi milega" when we asked for one. There were six of us and only four pillows; staff claimed the hotel was full, though only two other rooms were occupied. When we complained, they offered better rooms for extra money. We were only staying for the night and didn't upgrade, after which they started denying us basic things. We ordered food through Swiggy, but they wouldn't give us plates or glasses, with some strange excuse. Staff drank and were with women outside our room until 2:30 at night. They had no staff quarters and would sleep in any vacant hotel room. In the morning, during winter, they had turned off the geysers. When we asked them to switch one on, they said, "nahi karenge, nahi jante hain, Jo karna hain karlo" and slammed the door in our faces. The manager then said, "itne pause mein kyu geyser on kare" when we complained about the staff turning it off. The manager and staff were a problem, and we ended up paying for his issues with Oyo. Please beware of this place.
