OYO Rooms 166 Airport Square

Ratna Resort was a good experience, and I'd consider staying again. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with an excellent location. One inconvenience was not having a geyser, or water heater, especially on cooler nights. I'd recommend they improve that.

The bed mattress was wonderfully comfortable, the room was clean and nice, and the staff were very friendly. Ratna hotel was handy for the airport, and it made getting around the city quicker too. I stayed a couple of days and found it affordable, so I'd recommend it. There's no do not disturb tag in the room like at usual Airport hotels. If you're sleeping in, just let reception know you don't want to be disturbed.

The water situation was very poor and unhygienic. Mineral water isn't provided, so guests have to buy it elsewhere. When I asked for filtered water, it came in bottles that looked poorly maintained, with visible algae inside. That's a serious hygiene concern. During my five-day stay at Ratna Resort, complimentary breakfast wasn't provided on the last day. I informed management and still haven't received a response. The cutlery with dinner two days ago also wasn't properly washed, with a thick layer of oil clearly visible. This was my worst stay experience there. #MMT
