Pal Heights

Prabhasini Jena did a wonderful job as housekeeper. My room stayed extremely clean and comfortable each day, and the service always came with a smile. I really appreciated it. Housekeeping.

The food was delicious and our guests appreciated it. We held my brother’s thread ceremony at PAL Heights, and the whole function went smoothly without stress for our family. The hall was spacious and well maintained, with an elegant ambience, and the staff were polite and supportive throughout. It’s an excellent place for family functions and traditional ceremonies. Highly recommended.

The food was the highlight for me. Breakfast had a wide buffet selection and was impressive, Feel The Breeze rooftop restaurant was especially pleasant in the evening, and in-room dining arrived promptly and was nicely presented. The hotel also has a spa, gym, and banquet facilities. Staff kept things tidy and secure, and followed good hygiene standards. Reception and restaurant staff were professional and helpful, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a coffee/tea maker, and TV. The beds were comfortable, though some parts of the room seemed dated and could use minor maintenance or refurbishment. Room service could be slow at busy times, and parking got tight. Still, the comfort and hospitality outweighed those issues. In Jayadev Vihar, Hotel Pal Heights, Bhubaneswar is close to malls, cafes, and major landmarks, and it’s easy to find with good connections to the airport and railway station. It worked well for business or leisure. A comfortable, dependable stay and good value for money. 4.3 / 5.

The hotel is centrally located, and the food was good. The restaurant manager took good care of my order. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed, though I couldn’t get hot water in the shower. A good place to stay, with a few things they could improve.
