Check-in was delayed, and there was nobody to help us. Even though our booking through Goibibo was already paid in advance, they asked for another 2500. The rooms were extremely dirty, with holes in the sheets and dirty pillow covers. Bathrooms were messy, there was no Wi-Fi, and the lift never worked. There was no staff around. I’ve never seen such a tasteless, filthy property, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Hotel premium paradise is in Srinagar, facing Dal Lake ghat no.5. It was a great experience, and I’d give it infinite stars. Highly recommended.

This place is completely useless. There’s no room service, and none of the electronics in the property work, including the fan and lights. It feels like they’re just after your money.

The restaurant is a hookah bar, and customers make loud noise late into the night. With elderly people and kids along, it made sleep very uncomfortable. I went there late at night to ask them to turn the volume down, but they didn’t consider my request. The place is full of mosquitoes, and staff didn’t care when we asked them to spray repellent. My child got bites all over their face and body, and I could see mosquitoes biting but couldn’t do much because there were so many. If you still decide to stay with infants, I’d advise buying Odomos mosquito repellent for infants. The property is not recommended for infants or children under 5. Services were pathetic and slow, and they hardly bothered after we requested help. Cleanliness was poor: the sheets and towels were stained and dirty, and we had to clean the smelly bathroom ourselves. There are plenty of other issues I could list, but I don’t want to spend more time on it. If you’ve read this and still want to book, that’s your choice. I’ll never recommend this property.
