We walked out and found somewhere else to stay. When we arrived, there was no one at reception, and we waited almost half an hour. The rooms weren’t ready, looked dirty, and lacked basic amenities; the entrance and reception were filthy and unhygienic too. The staff were very laid back, unprofessional, and ill mannered. This was the dirtiest, shittiest Oyo hotel I’ve ever experienced. Even a Railway waiting room would be cleaner than the entrance. I wish negative ratings were possible. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, even in an emergency, because you’ll only be disappointed.

The bathroom had no geyser, and basic upkeep seemed to be missing. I found the bedsheets unclean and cockroaches and mosquitoes around the place. It was the dirtiest hotel I’d ever seen, and a really awful experience.

The room smelled bad and was extremely dirty, with no toilet seat in the bathroom. It also looked nothing like the photos and was in very poor condition. The manager took two hours at check-in and argued with me. They wouldn’t show the room before I paid, then asked for more than the booking price. They also photographed my ID card, which felt unprofessional. The manager said they couldn’t take extra money if I paid online, so they wouldn’t give me a room on online payment. The staff, manager, and owner behaved terribly. I’ve never seen a worse hotel or staff, and they seemed greedy for money. I’ll never recommend it.

The location is good, but inside it feels like rooms from the 90s. They’re very dirty and poorly maintained, and the staff behave very badly.

The building is old, though the rooms look newly renovated. They’re very nice, and the staff are well behaved. I’m satisfied.
