The reception was very helpful, and both the room and hygiene were good. I liked the tea at the restaurant too. The accommodation and interior were nice, the staff were friendly, and early check-in is available.

The staff were rude, and the room experience was unacceptable. There was no bathroom water for over an hour, and nobody told us about the shortage. Service took ages: I asked for water bottles and an extra mattress, then had to go down to the lobby myself to follow up. They arrived an hour later. The room’s water heating kettle was broken, and for three adults they gave us just one towel.

The central location helped make my trip stress-free, and the staff were professional. Check-in was smooth, and the facilities were modern and well kept. I had a wonderful stay.

Mr. Dinesh and Mr. Deepak at reception are friendly, and Mr. Asutosh from housekeeping is helpful. The hotel is in a good spot away from the city chaos, and the stay was pleasant. There’s a geyser and laundry service. Nearby, I found evening snack and morning breakfast stalls, a medicine shop, a small grocery, a salon, and a local brand sports clothing shop. OLA, UBER, and RAPIDO are easy to access. RO drinking water is available, just call reception from the landline using #9. The Wi-Fi isn’t fast enough for IT workers, and the room key cards deactivate often.
