Treebo The Aura

Mr. Sagar, the manager, is a very good person. The hotel has a decent environment, good quality service, and its health mentions are well in place. The technology is top notch, cleaning service is punctual, and the management system is very good. The hotel is extremely amazing.

Food is awesome, and the cleanliness is good. The hotel is behind the KIIT hostel, so it’s a good location if you like street food. Staff are polite, but service is very, very slow. Two of them treated us according to the room price. I won’t name them, but right after check-in I asked what complimentary items were offered, and they said we’d booked a cheaper room so they couldn’t give us anything. It was embarrassing in front of my family. If you need something in your room, you have to call and ask more than three or four times.

Housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay, and the room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the stunning view from the window. The amenities were top-notch, from the relaxing pool to the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh choices. The on-site restaurant served excellent meals with impeccable service. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and professionally, and check-in was smooth and efficient. I had an absolutely wonderful stay.

The room was as advertised and pretty nice, though a little small. Staff were polite and the service was good. The location wasn't especially pleasant.
