Treebo Y Hotels Elite, Khandagiri

The photos online look attractive, but the rooms weren't good in reality, and the conditions were dirty and unhygienic. Housekeeping was absent, and the receptionist treated me terribly, including speaking badly to staff. I got no help when I asked, and was charged extra even though my room was booked and confirmed. When I arrived, the staff flatly refused my OYO booking and demanded double the booking amount. It was the worst experience of my life. I don't recommend it.

The room had no wash basin, just one bucket and mug for both the toilet and bathing. When I raised it, they told me to ask the booking agent, goibibo, to provide them. I couldn't believe it. Even those problems might be bearable with polite, helpful staff, but they were extremely rude, almost violent. They also charged money based on baseless policies. Worst possible hotel.

I booked through booking. Com, but the manager said he had no record of my booking and refused to give me a room. OYO didn't help, so I paid the manager extra to book one. OYO then refused to reimburse that extra payment. Never book OYO rooms.

Really good service, and everything was hygienic.
