The food was a real plus, especially breakfast, which was fresh and had a good range of choices. The location was convenient, with nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport easy to reach. Our spacious, well-kept room had the amenities we needed, and housekeeping was prompt. Staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel felt safe and peaceful, and the attention to customer satisfaction came through in the professional service. I had an excellent stay at Hotel Canyon Inn and would highly recommend it for a comfortable, pleasant visit.

Karan and Pramod were especially friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the food was great, and there’s a lovely terrace for relaxing and enjoying the pleasant weather. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The only real plus is how close it is to the airport. The rooms are big, but badly outdated, and there’s a strong damp, musty smell. There was no professional staff and nobody available to take luggage to the room. The rooftop restaurant is there in name only. The stay was very disappointing, almost like staying in a lodge. I’d pay a little extra and go somewhere better.

The rooftop has a lovely view, and the hotel is budget-friendly, close to the airport, and easy to reach from the city. Hygiene could be better in some areas, though. I’d still recommend it for the location and value for money, and a bit more attention to cleanliness could make it a top choice for travelers like me.
