The only positive for me was the location, right on the main road. But many Shirdi hotels are near the bus stand and temple anyway. My wife and I stayed for two days, and the room was very small, the sheets were bad and there were no toiletries. The washroom was neat, at least. The photos give the wrong impression of the rooms, in my view, and this is definitely not a 3-star hotel. After my wife left an honest bad review, hotel people called asking her to remove it. Multiple 5-star ratings appeared right after that, which I suspect were paid. The food we ordered had no quality, and I’m guessing it may have been leftovers from the previous day. Please don’t be fooled by the photos or paid reviews.

I really enjoyed the warm hospitality and modern amenities here. The restaurant’s vegetarian meals were delicious, and I appreciated how clean everything was. A hidden gem in Shirdi!

The bedding was a problem: there were no clean blankets, and the pillows were very dirty, seemingly hidden under their covers. There were no basic toilet kits or toiletries either. Hot water was unavailable early in the morning, despite the claim of 24-hour service. We waited more than 30 minutes, then got just one bucket, not enough to bathe. For a place claiming a 3-star rating, I expected clean bedding, basic toiletries, a properly maintained bathroom and reliable hot water. None of these basic standards were properly met, so I don't understand the 3-star rating.

Being close to the Sai Baba Temple was a big plus for my pilgrimage. The hotel had a peaceful feel and the hospitality was warm, so I had a lovely stay.

The calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a day out exploring. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the location is perfect for a visit to the Sai Baba Temple. I can’t recommend it enough!
