The confirmed preferences on our online booking were ignored, and staff showed no interest in helping. There seemed to be little care for guests or hospitality. Their rude, unprofessional behavior made us feel unwelcome as soon as we arrived. The hotel was poorly maintained and unclean throughout. Our room, the common areas and washrooms were dirty, and a persistent bad smell made the stay very uncomfortable. The whole experience was frustrating and inconvenient. I strongly advise people not to choose this hotel in Bhuj. It was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had.

From the terrace at VRP, you can get an amazing view of smrithivan & pagmahal. It’s very close to the Bhuj Bus depot, so it’s a good option for backpackers. Hot water is available, though the common bathroom isn’t great. A room without an attached bathroom costs Rs 399, and one with an attached bathroom is 500.

The staff were rude, careless and totally unprofessional, and when things didn’t work properly, nobody cared enough to fix them. The photos online are fake and misleading. The rooms were filthy, the washroom disgusting, and the bedsheets looked like they’d never been cleaned. There was a bad smell everywhere. Staying here was a complete nightmare and a total waste of money. This place shouldn’t even be called a hotel. Avoid it at all costs.

The rooms were very average, and on my last day the stay ruined the purpose of my vacation. Reception boy Deepak was very rude. I stayed for two days, but they demanded payment for three. He also demanded extra money at checkout and threatened to call someone if I didn’t pay the full amount. It was embarrassing in front of the other guests. I didn’t feel at all safe as a non-local. They literally SCAM you. Please be aware.
