There isn't an elevator, which was the only challenge. Otherwise, the staff were good, and Gurpreet at reception was amazing, greeting guests with a smile. I also really liked the cook. Both the a la carte and buffet food were too good.

The staff offer good hospitality, but the food was average and could be better. The property has a charming vintage feel. Since there's no lift, getting to rooms on the higher floors can be difficult, particularly for families, older guests, or anyone carrying heavy luggage.

We only had an overnight layover, and I felt bad that we couldn't stay longer. The rooms and toilets were very clean. It's a budget-friendly hotel that offers more than we paid for, and a great place to stay with family or friends.

The flowers are plentiful, and their vibrant colours make the already amazing view even more beautiful and aesthetic. The food quality and service were quite good too.

We had a wonderful stay. Our spacious room looked out over the valley, and both the service and food were very good.
