The breakfast spread was exceptional, and everything we ate was really tasty. The campfire and rain dance arrangements were also very good. We had a relaxing stay, and the rooms were kept clean and hygienic. All the staff were cooperative and gave us very good service. They honored and fulfilled all our requests, even the ones we made at the last minute. It felt like a home away from home.
Everything else was fine, and the toilets were clean and well maintained. The only issue was in rooms 201 and 204: sewer gas seemed to come through the washbasins and the drains beneath them, and the smell spread through the rooms.
The cottages at Coorg Nest Cottage Resort were clean and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature. With my family, we enjoyed a wonderful stay and the Harangi dam backwater boating and elephants camp. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place for a relaxing family trip.
The food took 5 to 6 hours to arrive after ordering, and the whole vacation vibe was ruined. We paid 18000 for two nights, but it wasn't worth even 1000 a night. There was no AC, only a fan that didn't work, poor lighting in the room, and no hot water. This was the worst resort, with inadequate rooms and service. Avoid it unless you want to waste your money.
The resort was extremely dirty and badly managed. It badly needs to improve general cleanliness. The front desk guy was indifferent and terrible, and the staff showed no consideration for us as a family. Our room was poor quality, there was no water, and neither the AC nor the fan worked. One of the worst experiences of my life. I have more I could write, but it feels like a waste of time. Please consider this and don't go to COORG NEST RESORT.
