The hotel and surrounding complex didn’t feel safe for our family, especially the women and children, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. Hygiene was also poor: the room wasn’t clean, the washroom smelled bad, the beds were uncomfortable, and even sealed drinking water bottles weren’t available. Staff were rude and unprofessional. We had first been shown Room No. 505 as Classic for ₹2000 and Room No. 527 as Deluxe for ₹3000. After bargaining, we paid ₹2500 for the Deluxe room. About two hours later, its AC still wasn’t cooling properly. We complained at reception 3-4 times. Staff came repeatedly and insisted it was working, even though the room still hadn’t cooled after 30 minutes. They eventually moved us to Room No. 501, which they admitted was in the Classic category line, but refused to return the ₹500 difference. This was a waste of money, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend it to families or other travelers. Better, more hygienic hotels can be found nearby in the same budget.

My parents and wife were comfortable here, and the rooms matched the pictures I checked before booking. The hotel is right in the heart of Indore and well connected to the major spots. Staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They’re friendly and approachable, with a homely manner. Mr. Aryan deserves a special mention for managing things efficiently and humbly. His dedication makes you want to return. A few things could improve: breakfast could be available earlier, around the usual 8 a.m. time, the basement parking spaces could be cleaner and better marked, and the toilet seats and corners need more attention. Still, the team is doing a commendable job and moving in the right direction. Thanks, Hotel PTC, for making our stay comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed our time here and will choose it again on our next visit to the city.

I had a booking, but when I arrived the staff refused to give me a room because it wasn’t ready. They said the cleaning staff were on strike because the owner hadn’t paid their salaries for two months. I was harassed. Please cancel the hotel's affiliation. The public should know this is a terrible hotel. Don’t stay there.

The rooms were clean, and it was easy to get here from Indore Railway Station. The famous spots are all nearby. We tried pohe and onion and potato paratha, and everything was nice.
