OYO 19152 Silver Face

The river-facing room was the only thing I liked about Hotel Silver Face. The rooms were tiny and messy, with just one plug point and no kettle, and the food was very poor. It was a bad hotel experience.

The accommodation was good, and both the food and staff were very good. In the morning, I enjoyed the sunshine and the view of Byass river.

The hotel has parking, though it’s a very short distance away rather than right beside the building. From the property you get nice views of the Parvati River and surrounding nature, and every room faces the river. It sits beside the Manikaran Valley Bridge. I think the manikaran Valley Bridge is a little lower and the Bhuntar Bridge a little higher, so a riverside hotel near the bhuntar bridge might be better. This side is a bit dirty, the rooms aren’t very good, and the hotel needs a lot of renovation.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The room and toilet were dirty and cramped, there was no toilet light, no hot water for washing hands, and no room service. There weren’t any slippers, kettle, phone, or decent chairs, and nowhere to put things on chairs. The cupboards were unclean, switches were poorly placed, and the light boards were broken. Third class hotel.
