Royal Mansion

The food was fresh, tasty, and served well, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was polite and professional. My room was clean, comfortable, and excellent. A stay I’ll remember.

The location was a real plus, peaceful and convenient for nearby spots, and the food was excellent in both taste and quality. The room itself was just okay for the price, with noticeable seepage on the walls, and the facilities didn’t feel like a 3-star standard. It was an average stay at Royal Mansion in Kullu. If you mainly want good food and a nice location, it works, but you may be disappointed if you expect well-maintained rooms and proper 3-star facilities.

The rooms were pleasant and clean, and the food quality was excellent. Great location too. I had a very good experience and would recommend it to everyone.

I booked until 1st jan 2026, but I’m checking out on 29th dec 2025 and wouldn’t recommend staying here. I came on a friend’s recommendation during a freezing night in dec 2025. The heaters stopped working on the first night. The receptionist said the fault couldn’t be traced but would be fixed the next day. The same thing happened the following night: the blower worked until 11pm, then suddenly stopped. When I called the person on duty, I got the same answer that they didn’t know the issue and would fix it tomorrow. The manager ignored my call, then answered from another phone and yelled, asking if that was a time to call instead of understanding the problem and looking for a solution. It’s not worth it unless you want to freeze to death.
