The ambience was good, but our party of 24 had a very bad experience. Service was pathetic, and the Indian food quality was poor. The crockery and cutlery were very ordinary and mismatched, with bowls in different sizes and a paper bowl for dessert. Sweets were short, as were the breads. The food display looked like what you’d expect from a caterer charging 400 per plate, yet they charged 3245.00 per head. That price wasn’t justified at all. The management seemed inexperienced and knew how to charge a handsome amount, but not how to arrange a party. Please avoid hosting one here.

The food was so delicious it’s hard to describe, and the staff, location, and services were all wow-worthy. Neha and the whole team made this a memorable visit. I’ll definitely think of this place as my second home. Thank you!

The Rose Romance Suite at the Rose Amer had a spacious, spotless room, elegant decor, and soft lighting that made it feel cozy and intimate. The plush king-sized bed made for a wonderfully romantic night, and the attention to detail stood out. We also loved the views over the landscaped gardens, a lovely setting for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. From arrival onward, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the service was impeccable. The facilities were impressive too. The pool was serene and well maintained, and I had a rejuvenating massage at the spa with skilled therapists. I’d recommend the Rose Amer spa if you’re looking to unwind and be pampered. Our stay was an unforgettable retreat, thanks to the luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic, relaxing getaway.

The staff were humble and dependable, and I’m especially grateful for their help recovering my precious watch after I misplaced it in the garden. I was understandably upset at the thought of losing it, but they went out of their way to find it. The suites are spacious and luxurious. I also loved the morning breakfast setup and archery session in the garden near the suite. It made me feel like royalty. The palace’s British-era construction under British oversight comes through in its design, while the colonial interior has the charm of English architecture. My stay was unforgettable, with regal accommodations and outstanding staff.
