The place felt nice and safe, and the rooms themselves were good. Just check other options before you commit, because the price has gone up pretty sharply. In about three months, they charged us ₹100 more. Last time I paid ₹1,100 for a room listed for three people, but it was really a two-person room with a double bed. We somehow managed to sleep there.

The location is handy, on Ajmal Khan Road near the busy Karol Bagh market, with the Metro station about a six-minute walk away. You can also reach it by cab or auto. Despite that, it feels like there’s a lot of room for the hotel to improve, and nobody seems interested in doing it. It’s disappointing that OYO has this place when it partners with some very good hotels. The rooms are small, with old cupboards, AC, and dirty bathrooms. The sheets that used to be white have turned yellow. The food is below average, so I’d eat elsewhere. The crowd is often young couples, and you can hear noise from other rooms, so I wouldn’t choose it for a family. The staff came across as rude, frustrated, uninterested, and sluggish. The helpers and waiters wore shabby clothes with no uniform, and didn’t seem interested in serving food. The receptionist made me feel like he was just waiting to take my money. It isn’t wheelchair friendly. Wi-Fi is very slow, the lift never seems to work, the intercom line is unclear, and the geyser doesn’t work.

Don’t spend your money here. The room was so small that three of us couldn’t fit comfortably, even though I’d booked triple sharing. It wasn’t the king-sized bed described, and they didn’t provide the extra mattress. The plaster was coming off the walls, as shown in the picture I’m sharing, and all the linen and bedsheets were dirty. This isn’t the quality of room I expected from OYO.

For a short stay, I had a good experience. The AC room was decent and clean, and the staff didn’t cause any trouble. There’s no restaurant or dedicated parking lot, though most hotels in Delhi don’t have their own parking. Couples are welcome.
