I booked a room for our driver through OYO. At check-in they demanded twice the price, and they didn’t issue a refund either. This wasn’t worth even one star.

The washroom was like a garbage dump, and the staff were rude and behaved very badly. They seemed to be drunk all the time. Don’t book here by mistake.

I booked because the Google reviews looked good, and the rooms in the OYO and Google photos seemed good too. But the price in the Oyo App was different from what they charged after I arrived and showed my booking ID. They charged double. When I questioned it, they said prices had changed and Oyo hadn’t updated the website. I still paid, but once inside, it was a nightmare. The bedspread was torn, the bed had lots of stains, and the restroom was untidy. I’m not exaggerating, and I’ll attach pictures for reference. The power went out with no backup. They said it would be back in two minutes, but it came on only after 15-20 minutes. A total disappointment. I’m not posting this to insult them. I hope they see it and improve their service. We’re all paying with our hard-earned money for a room, after all. It wasn’t a free stay.

The room and bathroom were unhygienic, like a slum, and there were many other problems too. It was so expensive and not worth a single rupee. The receptionist boy was very rude and didn’t know how to treat customers. This place also didn’t feel safe for a family. I do want to mention Chandu, a service boy who was polite and disciplined. He was the only one like that. The others should learn from him. He’s so professional that I’d advise him to find another five-star hotel, where he belongs. Good luck to anyone who books this stinky shed.
