Wonder Inn Lodge

We had a good day-long stay here, and it’s budget-friendly. The staff were very friendly, brought food from a nearby hotel, and gave us good pointers about places nearby. Service still needs improvement, though, and don’t expect three-star lodge treatment. It’s fine for a short stay.

The location is handy if you’re spending a day at Wonderla and need somewhere nearby for the night. The lodge itself was awful, though, especially with kids. Our room smelled like a dungeon, the AC didn’t work, the TV remote was useless, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. There were no amenities. My family and I left as soon as we could in the morning. We would rather have stayed in our parked car.

It’s close to Wonderla amusement park, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families. Cleanliness was poor, and it seems better suited to bachelors. The hotel isn’t affiliated with OYO or other third-party sites such as MakeMyTrip or Agoda. Don’t book through an agent, since there’s no hotel contact number and no room service.

The rooms were below average and hadn’t been cleaned properly. There weren’t proper staff around, and the response we got was poor.
