The team were all so friendly, and the water refill was much appreciated since it meant we didn’t need plastic. The Gateway was very clean, with comfortable beds and great towels. The wifi was good too. Thanks for making the stay such a good one!

I’ve stayed here regularly since August 2025, usually for at least a week at a time. On this 11day stay I misplaced my room RFID card once, and they charged ₹500 for the plastic card at checkout. I’ve stayed in hotels around the world and haven’t come across this before. The ₹500 itself isn’t the point. I wonder how they treat short-stay guests if this is how they handle someone who returns regularly for long stays. The New management (ABG groups of Hotel) needs to train staff to be polite and mature. I won’t stay at this property again.

Good location and a well maintained hotel, with courteous staff. Toiletries were quite limited, though.

The sooms were clean and very spacious, with plenty of room for luggage and a desk to work at. I paid 2350 including gst and breakfast for single occupancy.

The rooms are clean and the service is really good. The food was taste, and the Hyderabad Paradise biryani was really superb, fantastic 👍
