The rates were reasonable, and the AC worked fine. It’s very convenient location-wise, and food delivery from nearby restaurants to the room was good. I asked the staff to clean my room again before I checked in, and they happily did it. The staff were polite and management responsive.

It’s just opposite the bus stand, and the attached bar is always crowded and smells. The hotel is very dirty and cleanliness is practically nonexistent. Luckily our room was clean, but the outside areas leading to the room were very dirty. It’s a slightly old lodge, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families.
The room cleaning takes only two or three minutes, and the floors are left so muddy that your feet turn black unless you wear slippers inside. The rooms are very dirty and maintenance is almost zero. A very bad experience.
Don’t stay here with your family. The room wasn’t clean and the surroundings were very dirty. The owner made a false commitment, and I didn’t feel that girls were safe at the hotel. Very, very bad experience with sai palace hotel.
