The view and atmosphere were excellent, and the staff were cooperative and gave good service. It was a good experience.

There's plenty of parking and lots of greenery around, almost like being in the woods. The location is on the outer ring road, but the poor branding makes the hotel very hard to spot, even at night. The rooms are spacious but untidy, and look cheap with just okay quality. It's a well-known name in town, probably because there aren't many alternatives. Service was okay. During my stay, someone rang my bell around 11 PM to bring a glass of milk I hadn't ordered. The price is about what you'd expect from a standard hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, with spacious parking, roomy rooms, and delicious food. But the bathrooms weren't very clean, and they don't provide basic personal items like shower gel, shampoo, or hand soap. The bigger problem came when my booking time was up. I needed another 10-15 minutes for an important reason, but they made me stand outside despite knowing why. Reception said I could stay, then workers came and kept knocking, telling me to leave. They act two-faced. True racketeers.

The only pleasant thing I noticed was some nice flowers and plants in freshly painted mud pots. The wedding arrangements were fine, perhaps because they were outsourced, but the hotel itself was in terrible shape and badly managed. My wife and I had an uncomfortable one-day stay while attending a wedding. The room balcony had a broken door and glass, and tiles in the toilet had been nailed to the walls to stop them falling off. There were plastic cups and unwrapped tea bags for making tea, no water bottles in the room, and used dishes with leftover food sat in the corridor all afternoon and overnight. The toilets were so unhygienic and full of cockroaches that we skipped bathing. The whole place felt pathetic and needs a complete renovation and better management.
