Hotel Infinity by OYO Rooms

Mr. rakesh was so rude to us. I’d booked two rooms for relatives, but when we arrived to check in, he refused to give them the rooms. Really unprofessional.

The rooms were tiny and stinky, with broken items and no proper service. They charge far too much for a room this small. Worst experience ever.

I’d rather sleep at a bus stop than stay here again. The rooms were dirty, the staff rude, and the smell hit me like a bad decision. No towels, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Avoid this place completely.

At Hotel Infinity, I tried to book through OYO, but on arrival the staff wouldn’t honor that booking and demanded a much higher price for the same room. The receptionist was dismissive and rude, and didn’t try to help. It left me with a very poor impression of their service. I’d be wary of booking through third-party platforms here, since they don’t seem to respect their agreements with those services. Potential guests should also be prepared for poor customer service.
