The rooms were dirty, the toilets were extremely dirty, and the taps were leaking. When I arrived at midnight, the reception team changed the quoted price from Rs. 1500 on WhatsApp to Rs. 2000 after I compared two other hotels. Those places were full, so I showed him the Rs. 1500 message, but he said the new rate was because I had compared hotels. I had to take the room because of the late hour. It felt like they cared only about business, not providing service for the amount charged.

The rooms and furnishings are excellent, and the hotel is in a prime area. Food is the main drawback: there’s no nearby restaurant, so you have to order through an external app or go farther out to find somewhere suitable. Staff are responsive during the day, though they may not be available at night.

Really bad. The rooms aren’t clean, the sheets and pillows are dirty, and there’s a bad smell. Don’t stay here.

The room cost 1600 rs, but the service was very poor. The sheets and pillows weren’t clean, the bathroom was in very poor condition with a leak, and there was no hot water.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was fine since it wasn’t a busy time. The rooms are average, though, and I guess the photos are AI.
