I won't stay at Hotel Jal Sagar in Vadodara again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who cares about good service. The receptionist's rude, unprofessional manner made the visit very unpleasant. From the moment I arrived, she was dismissive and spoke rudely instead of welcoming or helping guests. She didn't seem interested in dealing with concerns or making our stay comfortable. A hotel depends on its staff, no matter how good its location or amenities are, and if this behavior continues, it could lead to the hotel's downfall. She is driving customers away.
