The wedding group had about 18 rooms for two nights, but not once did staff come to clean or service them. They were quick to close the food counters, though, and painfully slow when we asked for help. Rooms and food were okay, but the room service was pathetic. The water was hard, salty tasting, and seemed unfiltered, so it wasn't pleasant even for washing your face. A cup of bland chai cost 150Rs, and reception charged a lot for minor issues. The rooms felt overpriced, the location is remote, and cabs don't arrive on time. I wouldn't choose this for a wedding or a regular stay. There are other options, so don't waste your hard-earned money.

We booked three nights but left early, and nobody on staff asked why or even wanted feedback. Check-in ran 20-30 minutes late because of a group booking, which felt unprofessional. The room itself was good, but the washroom made basic use uncomfortable: rusty fittings, weak water pressure, slow drainage, and boring water. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room was comfortable, but the washroom really let it down. Water from the boring supply made showering properly or even washing my face difficult. The basin drained slowly, the pressure was very low, and the pipes and fittings were rusty and poorly maintained. The washroom needs serious improvement.

Being close to the airport was a plus, and the toiletries were the only thing I liked. The rooms and washrooms were dirty, with dirt plainly left on the floor. The flush and AC didn't work, so we couldn't sleep and it was a nightmare.

We booked this for a wedding and regretted it. The staff were uncooperative and painfully slow, even taking 20 minutes to bring a water bottle. The washrooms weren't working, there was no hot water, and the water was very hard. The restaurant's bread toaster was out of order, and the kettles in the room were extremely dirty. Completely unacceptable for an important stay.
