At checkout in the morning, they said one water bottle was missing, even though there had been only one bottle in the room. They then misbehaved while asking for payment and charged Rs 191 for that bottle. I felt this was a scheme to loot customers. The manager, Mr. Manan Chaukse, spoke particularly rudely, and I wouldn't recommend him. If you stay here, take photos of what's in the room first, or you may end up having to pay in the morning. A very bad experience.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the staff were always courteous, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Anjum, Shampa, Jubaida, Mukhtar, and Krunal Sir manager made the hospitality stand out. I had a pleasant, relaxing stay at Regentaa and would recommend it for business or leisure.

Over eight days, the staff's kindness, professionalism, and support were what made this such a comfortable and memorable stay. Dinesh responded quickly when maintenance help was needed. Sakila, Jaimini, Roni, and Amisha kept things spotless and welcoming, while Atharv, Meeraj, and Jaideep made check-in and checkout easy. Sampa, Supia, Anjum, Aniket, Lachen, Arun, and Chandraraj gave attentive service and showed genuine care. Thank you all for the effort. Highly recommended.

Getting into the hotel means going through the GRTC bus stand. The location is handy for MSU and the railways, and hotel parking is available, along with paid parking in the basement. Rooms are average, and the deluxe ones are small. The AC also felt slow to cool and didn't respond straight away, which seemed sluggish for a hotel of this brand.

The location is a big plus, but for the price and service, I might choose another nearby hotel with friendlier staff. I stayed three nights with my family and wasn't given Wi-Fi. The TV didn't work either. The sales team and the morning front desk person were rude and unwilling to accept feedback.
