The towels were very dirty, and there was no shampoo or soap in the toilet. We booked online after reading positive reviews, but the reception staff asked us for 500 rupees to check in even though we had only requested a slightly early check-in and early checkout. We'd ordered breakfast 30 minutes earlier and still had no idea where it was. Food prices are very high. I've added a photo showing the inside and outside view.

The hotel felt calm and inviting, a great place to relax, and the food was fresh, full of flavour, and varied. Rooms were spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, balancing comfort with elegance. The staff were warm, courteous, and quick to help with a smile, so the service felt seamless. A perfect stay from start to finish, and great value for money given the service, facilities, and experience. Can't wait to come back!

The meals were fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, from breakfast through dinner, with more variety and quality than we expected. Staff across the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant were friendly, prompt, and attentive, always smiling and making us feel valued. From arrival, we felt warmly welcomed, and everyone did their best to keep us comfortable. Great value for money. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely return!

The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I found the rooms beautifully maintained, with a warm, relaxing feel that made me comfortable right away. There was a good range of delicious food, and every meal was a treat. A delightful stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere comfortable and enjoyable.
