The hotel itself is very good, but the reception man was rude. I asked the room price and was told 1800 with GST. I asked if I could check online for a discount, but after 10-15 minutes I couldn’t find a better price, so I decided to book at the rate he gave me. He immediately told me all rooms were booked. It was my first visit and left a very bad impression. The owner should look into this. Is that Bikaner hospitality? Choosing this hotel was the worst decision we ever made. The staff lack professionalism and don’t seem interested in taking customers. The rooms are noisy, staff are indifferent and rude, they don’t smile, and they don’t care when given feedback. Trust the negative reviews, they’re true. When I booked through an online app and went to check in, the manager said they’d only give me a room if my address was outside Bikaner or far away. Is that a real rule? My address was 100 kilometers from the hotel, but they still refused me a room, and I didn’t get my refund. So bad about heeralal hotel 😠

I didn’t stay here, but it was on my shortlist, so I visited to see a room before booking. I didn’t like the room they showed me. It felt noisy, although I’d specifically asked for something quieter after reading the Google reviews. The uncle at reception seemed barely interested in turning a potential guest into a customer. I politely said we didn’t like the room and left, but he didn’t ask what was wrong, try to understand our concerns, or offer another option. That lack of interest and professionalism left a bad impression. Update: I got a response to my review, and honestly, it says a lot about how little interest they have in taking feedback or improving their service.

At bikala restaurant in Bikaner, I ordered rawa masala dosa and idli. Both were extremely unhygienic, and there was even a hair in the coconut chutney. Service was very poor too. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Hotel Bikalal is in a prime area of Bikaner, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The food and sweets are excellent in quality, taste, and price. Staff behaviour and service are really good too. Mr. Shyam from housekeeping was very polite and helpful in every way. I strongly recommend this hotel for a Bikaner tour.
