The rooms are budget-friendly, the service is good, and the owner's uncle was very helpful and accommodating.

The food tastes third class, and the prices are very high. There is no room service, and the bedrooms are bad.

The staff were helpful and the food was good, though a bit pricey. For the budget, the room was okay. We stayed in March, three people for 1200/night. The room was big enough, with a queen size bed, and they arranged an extra mattress. The TV worked and the bathroom was okay.

The 20 ₹ water bottle is sold for 30 ₹, and the TV channels weren't working properly. After I called, someone recharged it late at night, but the service wasn't good. It might do for one night, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay.

The afternoon tea, coffee and complimentary cakes were a lovely touch, as were the Prosecco, beer, soft drinks and snacks from 5 until 7. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great spot just inside the city wall, a short walk from the centre. I'd recommend staying here.
