The food and location were both good, and the rooms are spacious. There’s no room heating, though, and the bathroom has very hard water. The bathroom could use an update too, with separate wet and dry areas.

The breakfast came with the room, but I didn’t like the taste and it fell short of what I expected. I paid around ₹4000 at Sagar Nivas in Bikaner, which seems like a fair budget for the city, but the stay was disappointing. The bedsheets and mattress were dirty, and there weren’t even bathroom slippers. The washroom was dirty, smelled bad, and didn’t feel hygienic. Guests were smoking in shared areas like the lobby and gallery without staff stepping in, so it felt as if management wasn’t paying attention to guest comfort. For what they charge, cleanliness and service need a lot of improvement. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s a beautiful, clean hotel inside and out, and a very photogenic place. The rooms are spacious, but the electrical equipment needs upgrading. The food needs a lot of improvement in both quality and taste. Live music is available.

The best surprise was the 'GUPT_MARG' from our room corridor straight to the venue hall, like a hidden shortcut in a movie. I was at the ICC2025 conference at Hotel Sagar, Bikaner, and had a wonderful experience. The event was very well managed, the food was delicious, and the stay was comfortable. The staff were helpful and polite throughout. Even after checkout time, the management kindly let us stay for extra hours without charging more. Highly recommended for events and stays!
