It’s an affordable, good hotel with polite service, and it’s easy to get transport to and from here. One thing that could be improved is providing more toiletries for guests.

I stayed at hotel City grand for about a month and got very good, gentle treatment from the staff. The rooms were clean, well maintained and good. The food was good too, as was the service. Thankyi.

The rooms were dirty and the blankets weren’t clean. There were lots of mosquitoes, but no arrangements for them. I called the front desk several times and no one bothered.

The city-centre location is good, but the rooms really need ventilation. Service was a bit slower than I remember from my previous stay.
