The property is quiet, with plenty of space, even though it’s near town. We were welcomed with a complimentary glass of Shabat. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. Staying in a suite was a treat: mine had a huge sleeping area, a sitting space, a dining area, plus a separate dressing room and bathroom. The palace has art deco style and opulent touches, including high ceilings, rugs, a fireplace, and a bathtub.

With just 12 rooms, there were very few guests, so it felt peaceful and relaxing. I really enjoyed the royal atmosphere and the architecture from the pre independence era. The food was homestyle cooking.

The peaceful surroundings and warm welcome from the staff made this a place I’d recommend. The palace staff were humble and looked after my needs, and the hotel manager was especially polite and personally attentive to guests. The food was awesome, served in a luxurious dining hall with all the amenities. There’s also a garden dining area with fountains, lovely grass, and a beautifully decorated setup. It’s a heritage property near Bikaner, and it has been maintained as one. The rooms are quite large for the price, considering the heritage setting, the city, and the quality offered. A real jewel of BIKANER City.
