My stay in Bikaner was quite disappointing. The room and bed weren’t maintained well, hygiene was poor, and the AC didn’t work properly either. It was a bad experience.

The bathroom looks good only in pictures. In reality, dozens of cockroaches were hidden in the stool and bucket. The room cleaning was terrible, and there aren’t enough hotel staff. It isn’t worth the price of 500. If you want a decent hotel, look around near kote gate or railway station.

I’d have given zero stars if that were an option. The online site doesn’t work for registering a room, and the hotel doesn’t honor the online prices. I hate the rooms, and they don’t deserve such a high price.

Dirty rooms, no working TV or telephone, and very bad service. The staff behaved badly too. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen.
