The food was top notch, and the hotel itself is a great example of how a place should be run. I really liked the paintings, with their carefully chosen colors and Rajasthani art. The rooms feel modern while still having a heritage touch, and the washrooms are quite decent. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bikaner.

I loved the open terrace, where you can take a walk or have a meal. The service was very good, and the food was tasty. This is a proper Haveli stay, full of lovely paintings and lights with a real Rajasthan feel. The rooms are comfortable and have modern amenities, and the washrooms are especially unique. I’d recommend staying here.

The food was amazing, and the staff were courteous and professional. Raj Haveli also has clean, comfortable rooms and is a beautiful property. I had a wonderful stay in Bikaner and would highly recommend it.

I booked room 308 through MMT for 23.09.25 to 25.09.25. I’ve been staying at hotels around India for business for the past 13 years and haven’t had an experience like this. Mr. Jal Singh, the manager in the restaurant, didn’t seem to have the professional skills to handle customers and charged more than the menu price. When I tried to discuss what was happening in the restaurant with the hotel owner, Mr. Amin Khan, he didn’t listen to me. I suggest avoiding a stay here.

The interiors are lavish and well kept, so the first impression is good. The rooms, though, were disappointing in their quality and upkeep. The owner’s behavior in particular was extremely discourteous and unprofessional, which made the stay unpleasant. The arrogance and lack of respect for guests were disheartening. It makes me wonder how foreign tourists might be treated.
