When I’m in Kanpur and need a room for a few hours or a day, my family and I would always choose Hotel MMK. It’s family-friendly, and the manager and staff are polite and decent. The rooms and washrooms are clean, hygienic and have the basic facilities. It’s only 700m from Kanpur Central railway station, Platform no.1.

It’s a simple, neat and clean hotel, about a 10-minute walk from the railway station. Pal Ji and the rest of the staff are very polite and friendly. The food was good, and the prices were quite reasonable.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Ordering through Zomato was a terrible experience: they left the parcel at reception and wouldn’t send anyone to bring it up to my room, so I had to collect it myself. It was the worst experience of my life.

Gaurav and Pal ji were very kind and cooperative. The hotel was clean, and both the food and service were very good. A good place to stay.
