The hotel is close to Russell Chowk, a popular area near the railway station and other key spots. I paid ₹1500 per day over the weekend, which seemed reasonable for the location. Even at night the area felt safe. The staff lock the gates late for guest safety, but they were cooperative if I told them I'd be back late. Breakfast was good, the staff were polite and responsive, and the property was clean and well-maintained. I was out exploring most of the time, but my room felt peaceful whenever I came back to rest. There's in-house dining if you'd rather order food to your room, and plenty of restaurants about a two-minute walk away. I had a comfortable stay in Jabalpur.

My stay at Hotel Regal was very bad. The washroom was extremely small, and the jet spray didn't work. The fan regulator also wasn't working. The AC didn't work at first, and after they repaired it, it made a lot of noise.

I had a very bad experience with the hotel room. The air conditioner wouldn't cool. I told the receptionist twice, and he sent a service guy who said the AC wasn't switched on and asked us to wait 15 minutes. It still didn't work, and the service guy kept asking us to wait a few more minutes. This went on for hours, until I left the hotel. They had refused to give us another room. The positive reviews you see are totally fabricated. Beware of the bad service.

The staff have no manners, and their behavior was very bad. One person had so much ego. Money wasted, please don't book this hotel. I don't know how #MakeMyTrip approves it. This is a matter of credibility for #MakeMyTrip, since they don't know these hotels. Why list a place like this? #WestageMoneywithHotelRegalJabalpur. All the positive reviews are fake.

Mosquitoes were all over the room, and the AC wasn't cooling at all. There was no power the whole night. The worst night I've ever spent.
