The rooms are spacious, but the staff treated us very badly. One staff member, whose name I don’t know, was rude to us constantly from check-in, and everyone was especially rude at checkout. They also charged more than the amount shown in OYO. I’d give zero stars if I could, and I’ll never go back.
The rooms were spacious and quiet, with clean linens and a neat bathroom. The staff were welcoming and helpful, including the restaurant staff. 'punjabi' bhaiya was especially helpful. Ask about him when you check in next time.
They charged an unfair amount for the service, and the bed and pillow covers were extremely unhygienic. I asked the hotel authorities to change the covers that night. Breakfast was clearly listed as complimentary when I booked, but in the morning they made excuses and didn’t provide it. The service was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I wouldn’t recommend staying there.
I came to pick up my friend’s carry bag with clothes, a few hours after they had checked out. The staff welcomed me warmly. It’s a building, but the reception area outside was quite pleasant. The people working there seemed focused on their customers, and I appreciated that hospitality.
The reservation was confirmed weeks ahead, but when I arrived around 10 pm for check-in, they had given my room to someone else. I had an exam early the next morning and nowhere else seemed to have a room available. After putting me through that stress, all I got was an apology. I used to book with OYO regularly, but this service has completely lost my trust. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Pathetic.
