The premium room was good, though the standard one is smaller. The room and sheets were clean. There was a slight smell in the bathroom, and we had to ask for toilet paper, which they did bring when requested. The staff were welcoming and quick to handle and resolve issues. I was disappointed by the food at the rooftop Utopia restaurant, so I’ve taken off a star.

I booked the hotel for my wedding and found the management very unprofessional. At first they wanted ₹6,000 for a lost key and minor damage to the bed. The key was later found and returned, but they still wouldn’t adjust the charge and asked for more money. It felt like the manager and staff were looking for chances to add extra fees. The food was very poor, and service took a long time. Even tea, snacks, or a basic rice and dal meal took hours. The rice and dal alone took around 1.5 hours.

I was here for a close friend’s wedding, and the stay was awful. The room was cramped and poorly kept, with a foul smell that never went away. A stray dog sat outside our door and kept urinating and defecating there. Staff didn’t clean the area properly. The drainage was filthy and smelly too, and drilling and construction went on through the night, so sleep was impossible. Staff were shockingly incompetent, with no courtesy or professionalism, and the receptionist was especially rude and arrogant. The food was expensive, poor quality and unhygienic. Before checkout, we were charged a ₹6,000 penalty for reasons that seemed random and baseless, which felt like an attempt to squeeze more money out of us. This place is overpriced, unhygienic, dishonest and badly managed. Look elsewhere if you care about your money, health or peace of mind.

For the price, the room was tiny. There was barely a finger’s width between the bed edge and the door when it opened or closed, and the worn-out cushioning could cause back problems. The room also smelled damp, with little sunlight and poor ventilation. A harmless but poorly trained dog kept peeing and pooping in the corridor, and staff didn’t clean it properly. The food wasn’t up to the mark either. It was very oily, and tawa rotis cost as much as butter naans at a good restaurant.
